McC / GPS Aquatics is his year-round swim club, but he lives for summer swim with the Fort Oglethorpe Sharks. This year he traveled to Orlando as part of the McC / GPS National team. He has been a short course Southeastern Qualifier, GRPA State Qualifier, and a High School State Qualifier all four years. After summer swim, Tyler will be continuing his swim career with Life University. His favorite strokes are fly and free. When he is not at the pool...wait that doesn't happen. He swims nonstop, is a lifeguard, and loves teaching kids how to swim. His favorite place is the pool.

She works as a life guard and teaches swim lessons in her free time and has a passion for working with kids and the water. She’s excited for this year’s season and can’t wait to see what is to come.

I've loved the water for as long as I can remember, but I didn’t start competitive swimming until I was in the 11/12 age group with McCallie/GPS—making my first Southeastern cut that same year. This proves that you can start at any age and still find success in swimming! Last summer, I finished the season undefeated and set five team records. As a freshman I was a Southeastern and State qualifier, I hope to inspire you to love this sport as much as I do. Specializing in butterfly and fueled by hard work, let’s crush it this season!
